Carta Nevada Semi is a semi-dry cava from Freixenet, one of Catalonias most famous cava producers, It is a cava with a clear and pleasant scent of roast, fruit and yeast. The taste is pleasant, mild and lasting with notes of roast and fruit. It is an excellent aperitif and also pairs well with medium-sweet desserts.

Bertha Brut Natural offers a fruity aroma with notes of ageing in barrel. The taste is soft with light milky notes. This cava is very versatile, it pairs excellent with appetizers, starters or for example fish or white meat.

Charlotte Rigaud Brut Nature is a young cava with a fresh and natural flavour. It has a fruity scent of apple, pear and pineapple and a pleasant taste. It is a perfect option for aperitif but also combines well with seafood or rice dishes.
